Do you offer refunds?
- Because I sell digital products, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues with the pack working, or can't figure out how to use it, message me and we can work something out!
How do you make your products?
- I make all products using the Adobe Creative Suite and my imagination. I also draw a lot of inspiration from my fellow creators!
Do you shoot music videos?
- Yes, I am available to shoot music videos anywhere as long as travel is paid. Please reach out with song and any ideas you might have.
Will your products work in software like Sony Vegas or Final Cut Pro X?
- Yes, if you're skeptical, try the free pack first. Message me if you're having trouble!
Are your products in 4k?
- Blueprints, Texture Overlays, and Light Leaks are all designed in 4K. Every other pack is 1080 Full HD resolution.
I'm not sure how to use this product, can you help me out?
- With every product I include a guide that explains how to use everything. If you still can't figure out how to use the pack you've downloaded, message me!
